If you are upgrading to the NED Image ActiveX Control V2.0 from a previous version the
following information is VITAL!
All ClassIDs and GUIDs have been changed with this version of the control. Additionally,
the filename of the control, the license file and the programatic name of the control have
all changed. This was required because of distribution problems with our resellers.
This means that your new control will not work until you rebuild your application.
For Access and VB users, you MUST delete the existing NED Image OCX control from
any forms or reports that use the control. You should then add in the new NED Image
ActiveX Control V2.0 once you have registered it on to any forms or reports that
previously had the control.
Please be careful to name the new control the same name on your forms or reports so that
any code you had previously written will still work. Visual C++ users will need to
regenerate their class files from the new control and remove the old class files. In
addition, and inserted controls on dialogs MUST be removed and reinserted to the dialog.
The programatic name for the control is now NEDIMG.NEDImgCtrl.2
The files listed below are required to use the control in the
archive. These files can be found in the ctlsup32.ZIP file located on our
web site. Follow the instructions included in the zip file to install the following
