TruePrint Virtual Printing System version 1.0

Charlotte, North Carolina - August 15, 2013 - Northeast Data Corp. today announced the TruePrint Virtual Printing system Version 1.0. The printing system installs on Windows versions from Windows XP through Windows 10 and redirects print output from any application to the display and/or to image files of various popular format including PDF and TIFF.

This software is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 10 including 64-bit versions of these operating systems.

The printer driver installs just like any standard Windows printer driver. The driver icon shows up in the Printers group. A .NET application written in C# receives the document images from the printer driver and uses .NET GDI+ and open-source libraries to store documents to various image file formats using a plugin architecture.  Unlike competing products, complete source code is available for this product, and binary releases of the product are not encumbered with any kind of licensing, making this software ideal for use in products developed by other companies.

Two source code options are available, with an advanced version allowing complete rebranding of the product for ownership by another company.

TruePrint is available now from Northeast Data Corp. and its distributors. For a demo of this and other software from Northeast Data Corp., please visit our web site at:
