Recorder Control

A strip chart recorder that scrolls right, left, up, or down. Unlimited number of pens. The color and size of each pen can be controlled as well as paper speed, paper color, the number, size, and color of grid lines, and the color of the paper. You can also set the control to record data to a text file for exporting to other applications.

This is a 32-bit ActiveX control developed using ATL in Visual C++ V6.0. It is compatible with Windows '95, Windows '98, NT, 2000, XP, and Vista.

Spingauge Control

A panel gauge that scrolls an internal drum containing a scale that indicates the value of the control. Full control of color and appearance of borders, tick marks, numerics, and position indicator. It comes with a "Design Studio" that lets you easily design and refine the appearance and behavior of the control in your applications:

Gauge Control

A round gauge that uses a needle inside color bands to display the current value within a low and high limit. Visual indicators for low and high alarm ranges are controlled by properties that allow you to change colors, ranges, and values.

Low and High limit alarms can be set to fire an event to your application whenever the needle travels into the low or high alarm regions. Needle adjustment is clean and flicker-free. You can set the orientation to top (as shown), right, bottom, or left. Properties are available for setting the widths and colors of the three bevels around the gauge.

VUGauge Control

Knob Control

An ActiveX Control that you can modify to look like knobs on all kinds of electronic and industrial equipment. The three outside border regions are adjustable in width and color. Top (shown), left, bottom, and right orientations are specified by setting an orientation property. The knob comes with a Design Studio application that helps you create all kinds of knobs easily:

Digital and Analog LED Controls

   

Two controls in one ActiveX. Display your digital data with this great looking LED readout. There are properties for setting the colors of the digits and the background. The analog readout is a very flexible control for displaying LED bars. All colors are adjustable in three ranges, as well as the size and shape of the bars (rectangular as shown, or round./oval).

Slider Control

An extremely flexible ActiveX slider control, with properties that let you use your own background bitmap and thumb. Properties for setting the number of tickmarks, widths of three border elements including inner and outer bevels, and ranges. 3-D properties for interior elements. Full mouse and keyboard support. All stock events for handling user interaction.

The Slider Control comes with a Design Studio that gives you the power you need to design all kinds of sliders, including a "Gallery" that keeps all the variations of sliders you create. Here is a snapshot of the Design Studio:

VUMeter Control

Rectangular LED

An ActiveX control that looks like a square led as used on some more modern equipment. There are properties for 3D effects including outside bevel, inside bevel, and border. A gradient algorithm produces a sparkle effect at the center of the control.

Round LED

A round LED control with a transparent background. Anti-aliasing keeps the edges of the control smooth in any orientation. The outside bevel, border, and inside bevel are completely configurable. Gradient effects can be chosen for all regions of the control.
